That's great news Lenco. But the real question is have you found a buddy to do curls with again?
Spoiler!
In full agreement. A lot less weight than a DL max, strict form for higher reps, targeting a good stretch in the hams, back straight with the bar in full contact with the legs, and not to failure where form breaks down is one of the best exercises you can do IMO.
Of course the deadlift faithful will point to its back building benefits but I'd argue rows, pullups, and shrugs can combine to do an even better job without putting the lower back at risk.

It seems politics has gotten more toxic than ever. You don't hate Trump, then you are a racist. You hate Trump, then you are a beta cuck.
The reality is both conservatives and liberals make good points but everyone is too busy screaming to listen. Some of the older partners talk about a time where they cared more about the common good than party affiliation and being right or wrong. It must have been nice, even if a revisionist history

I think it's great W8 can air out his thoughts on here among a group that already likes and respects him. All viewpoints are interesting, but of course the problem we all face is nobody is ever going to change anyone else's mind..especially online.
Now we need to get freppy back.DR. 3time

And really, not just politics. It confirms the proven research that persuasion and influence is over 90% body language (including appropriate active listening) and tonality, and less than 10% is the actually words used. So of course, it's nearly impossible to influence based on words alone, regardless of the level of an air tight case being presented, as it only pertains to our conscious mind. Body language and tonality plays on the subconscious mind, which is the critical piece to persuade and get what you want. Bill Clinton is an example of a master of body language.

Great question. Just like anything else, through lots of study and lots of practice. The good news is even the smallest improvements will yield massive results. Probably the most important subject one can learn. Obviously salesmen, lawyers, politicians, business owners etc should master it, but it applies to everyone, like getting your kid to take a bath.

Started school. How about yours?
Still taking photos but haven't shot any landscapes this year. Like our old buddy Frep that's my favorite way to put my camera gear to use mainly for the experience of being somewhere beautiful, waiting for the perfect light, etc., and coming away with photos is just a bonus. The video side of things which you've been exploring is my next goal. I like the idea of being able to do it all with content creation from video, stills, and even score the music so I've been slowly putting some pieces together in the form of a studio. The most important thing is being inspired. When you're inspired good stuff happens.

Kiddo starts kindergarten this year in about a month, that’s first year of “real” school. He’ll be 6 in November.
I got about a dozen or so film projects under the belt now. Have learned how to do everything myself from producing to full edit. For audio Audacity is a great tool to cut the teeth on, completely free too. I currently use Reaper which is a one time purchase software but has a free full version you can try out. I have learned how to edit in Vegas Pro & Avid. I like both for different reasons.
What camera you shooting with, Nikon man weren’t ya?▪█─────█▪ Equipment Crew #56 ▪█─────█▪
