Hey I'm new here well just began using again, and not sure where to post so please forgive me, but I was wondering if anyone could give me any pointers for my macros etc I've been lifting about 10 month now at 6'2 170lb started at 140 I'm currently consuming 3280 calories/day I don't do much other than the gym If im moving around its getting up to cook food lol, im currently eating 450g carbs, 80g fat 190g protein is this optimal for mass gain, my main carb source is white rice and pasta fats i get from olive oil/PB and protein from a shake/meats.
