    Hustleharder definitely has the lead on this one. These are absolutely partial reps. Depth is good, but it's certainly not a full squat.

    My squats are 90 degrees man. The camera angle made it seem like it wasn't. I have some other vids of me repping 405 nice and deep if that'll help prove it lol.

    I also do 'constant tension' squats. So i don't come all the way up as that allows my quads to rest.

    Its not the depth that's the issue, its that you don't return to a standing position. That is part of the squat. As impressive as it is, its not comparable to a full rep.

    I see where you're coming from, but constant tension is more blood being pushed and is almost more difficult than ascending all the way up, IMO.
