Well you see, when you have a group of people armed with firearms and intent on committing murder in a nightclub, they're going to commit the murder irrespective of whether or not there is other armed patrons in the nightclub which they have targeted. But the solution (according to Ex-Terminator) is to let everybody else walk around with guns so that they can murder the murderers, along with whoever else is caught in the crossfire. YEP, THE SOLUTION TO GUN VIOLENCE IS MORE GUN VIOLENCE.

Guns are not the problem, its the islamic extremists and large amount of mentally unstable people we have in America.
Its ridiculous to call for a ban on guns when 475 people died last year and 1870 were injured. This may seem like a lot but if you compare it to the total population of the US, which is over 318 million, that is just a tiny portion of the population.
I wouldn't want to trade my rights away because of a small portion of mentally unstable people. Yes its a tragedy, but banning guns is not a good solution. And I just want to add, that on the flip side 32,675 died from car crashes but no one is trying to ban cars.

Stop crying over 20 dead by gun shot
You really want to keep people safe? Try tackling something that really matters like cardiovascular disease.
You want something banned? How about we ban McDonald's from popping up. Same for all fast food.
People are obviously too stupid and lazy to take care of themselves in today's world.
If you really valued life you wouldn't worry about the 20 who died from guns, you'd worry about the half million dead each year who couldnt stop shoveling greasy trans fats down their throats all day long while making no effort to exercise at the same time.
Sure it's easy to counter this by saying it's their choice to do so, and it's not someone's choice to be shot. And you'd be right in that statement.
But if your end goal is to truly save lives and protect people you should start by protecting people from themselves before you worry about the insignificant number lost by way of guns.
And for what it's worth I'm not pro gun. I've never shot one in my life so I don't give a rats ass whether they are allowed or not. All I'm saying is worrying about sh*t like that is peanuts compared to the issues that actually hinder this country. Stop wasting your time and start focusing on something that really matters."One day I won't be able to lift any more. Not I won't want to lift. I mean physically unable. That day could be decades from now or it could be tomorrow. All I know is that's the day I'll wish I could lift more than ever. The day I'd give anything for one more workout, one more set, or one more cardio session. So go hard and enjoy every workout, every set, every rep. Because one day you will wake up and you will never get it back."

Notice we couldn't hold Iraq. A country with a population of 33 million. We can't hold Afghanistan. A country of even less.
I honestly wouldn't need to worry about a cop showing up at my door. I'd wager every cop in this country is a supporter of the 2nd Amendment and owns their own firearms, as well as most Military members.
It would never get to that point, but if it did, this country would see its second civil war. I am willing to die for my rights bruh, I wish every american would say the same.11 Bang Bang

That's because cars are a mode of transportation and the entire economy would come to an abrupt halt if they were banned. Firearms, on the other other hand, are an instrument specifically designed for killing people. Do you have any other extraordinarily stupid comments to make, or is that it for the day?

So instead of giving a logical explanation you respond back with no real answer. I was hoping to have a decent debate before the gym and work but I'm out. And no retard you can't just magically carry your gun in DC. You can drive through DC but it has to be unloaded, ammo separate from the gun and placed in a lock box. Next time you want to respond, know your chit before sounding like a douche

Did I say that? I don't think I did. Unless there is an underground gun factory in the city, guns in the city either have been there pre law or were brought in post law. You fuken idiot. Did Chicago round up every gun before signing the law? No. Your Chicago analogy is stupid.

Jesus you're dumb.

Did DC round up all the guns pre law right before signing in the gun laws? Do they have borders tracking any guns coming into the city? Having a better than potato IQ tells me that you can't judge the effectiveness of the law if you didn't do either. Your example is fuken stupid. You're using stupid laws and a stupid way to implement the law as proof something doesn't work and that makes you stupid.| ♫Audiophile♫ | To ∞ & → | The Ohio State University Alumni |

Banning guns wouldn't eliminate guns, all it would do it create a huge black market. The crazies who commit gun crimes would eventually get their hands on guns. Do you think someone who wants to commit a mass shooting spree would look at the situation and say "oh darn, guns are illegal so I can't get a gun"? No, they would still get ahold of guns. The only thing banning guns would likely help are accidental shootings.

OP, forget politics. Answer this question as honestly as you can:
Can all guns be removed from the US?
Actually, can even 50% of guns be removed?
We all know this is impossible. So if I know for a fact, that all sorts of criminals will continue to have access to guns, then YTF should I, a law abiding citizen, be denied the ability to defend myself and my family on a level playing field?** Never negged anyone **

Then answer my first question. What do you suggest the United States do? Besides calling people stupid which your trying to make me and other posters look dumb by side stepping questions and responding with this "magically this or that" phrase. Unfortunately in the real world which you wouldn't last ten seconds in the ****ing ghetto of American cities specifically the ones I've been in, please tell me.what you suggest. And no there is a magical thing that happens if you don't do what the law says but you risk going to jail which sucks.

And for the record OP. You can research my post history for this one unless you're too dumb.
I had a 14 year old kid high on PCP try and kill me my first year on the street. Literally had a gun to my head while we fought. So if anyone would be against guns I'd be a big advocate but I'm not I'm for maybe better gun laws as in back ground checks but I'm not against a law abiding citizen owning a legally obtained firearm.
And for anyone else, I didn't shoot the kid because I was on his back he was on his stomach and when he pulled the gun he aimed it over his shoulder so I would have had to shoot him in the back which would have caused a massive riot.......
