Hello, I noticed a decent amount of threads stating the wonders of breast milk. I found a source with plenty so I was wondering if it was worth my time money and hassle or if it is a waste of time? She has a lot of milk and also produces way more than here kid can consume so it is not like it would be running out. Is this still a thing? Anybody have experience?

using your wife's breast pump on your nipples is definitely worth your time and hassle. better than rubbing icy hot on your scrotum
