Hey guys, new here.
Was tired of looking and feeling like ****. Started hitting the gym 8 months ago and living a healthier lifestyle. Started with a 2 month cut, then I bulked for 4 months, now I just finished another 2 month cut for summer. I was aiming for 10-12% on this cut. The BF scale at my gym put me at 16%, but i don't think its accurate..
Open to suggestions on things i should work on.

Diet on the cut: ITF with caloric deficit. Protein was 1g per lbs. didn't pay super close attention to carbs or fat, however I did experiment with cutting out carbs for a week, noticed some faster weight loss. Also avoided any sugar or junk food.
Diet on the bulk: Again , high in protein. A lot less strict with sugar and junk. Caloric surplus was 200-300 for the first bit then I upped it to 500. Gained too much fat with the 500 so decided to cut down to 10-12% for summer and try a clean bulk again after.
Routine: push , pull, legs , off , repeat.
I change my workouts for each day after a month, either the order of which I do them of new exercises.

Thanks man I appreciate it. I started off with a cut, I cut prolly until 15% body fat or so(not sure) then bulked followed by another cut. I'm now prolly around 10% big. If I could do it again I'd prolly cut down a lot lower on the first cut then try and aim for a gain of 1 pound per month. But live and learn. I'll prolly aim for the 1 pound per month or so after summer to ensure that I gain almost exclusively muscle
