Well It is my ultimate Dream to be in a figure competition. Well I guess I have to do the "Bulking up" stage and Im not really sure how to do that. Like how much cardio should i do a week and about how many calories and how much protein should I eat?
And Also i just lost 23 pounds and am scared of getting "FAT" ugh... I know it comes along with bulking up though.... or does it? can someone help?
and can someone give me sample programs???
