    Ok so I am so so New to this.... Help! : )

    Well It is my ultimate Dream to be in a figure competition. Well I guess I have to do the "Bulking up" stage and Im not really sure how to do that. Like how much cardio should i do a week and about how many calories and how much protein should I eat?

    And Also i just lost 23 pounds and am scared of getting "FAT" ugh... I know it comes along with bulking up though.... or does it? can someone help?

    and can someone give me sample programs???

    Well, what are you current stats? I'm "bulking" right now to compete in Oct, and I wouldn't say I'm getting fat! I've been gaining very slowly and steadily w/out much fat gain.
