If you want help then you should probably post your squat/bench/deadlift. Why did you stop doing PHAT, madcows...etc?

I switched from those programs because i thought i needed a change since i did PHAT for about a year etc. I could go back to doing those, just trying to figure out whats best for me.

Just trying to get an idea of your training and mindset. Any reason you're wanting to stay around 165lbs? Competing maybe?

    Advanced Programs:

    - Arnold's Blueprint
    - PHAT
    - Suffolk Punch's 6 Day Powerbuilding Routine
    - Any Bro-split (4 on 1 off, 5 on 2 off) with smart programming and progressive overload in mind.
    - Several of the programs on BOdybuikding.com main site might work as well

check out mountaindogdiet.com for some of John Meadow's programs. They're all 12 week programs, and are built for different goals. They can also be customized for 4,5,6, or 7 day splits...with explananations of what "extra" days you add in and when, and obviously with rep/sets/exercises etc.
