Nandos is a great place to eat out for good macros if you choose the right entree. I was looking online at a few of their things trying to decide what I should get next and some of the nutritional facts seemed a little bogus..
boneless chicken breast with 52g protein and 23g fat? granted I dont know the portion size but it sounds like 1 breast of chicken to me.. and the sauce cant possibly add that much protein. this also has more protein than the 1/2 chicken??
this is the one that i really dont understand... 12 peri peri wings = 112g of protein??? there is no way... the wings are quite small too, I could eat it all in one sitting
heres another one that really confused me. double chicken breast wrap and chips. 80 grams of protein and a whooping 248g of fat??? thats an insane amount of fat even with the chips
these cant possibly be correct can they??
I am by no means bashing this place because I absolutely love it. I just wanted to get some thoughts on these macros because these are actual meals that I would be interested in eating and tracking but I dont want track the wrong macros.

It's as accurate as they can make it. Sauces, cooking method/time... all will cause wide variations in the end.
Short cuts to success are often paved with lies.
1/13/16: Massive hernia.
5/10/16: Finally back to lifting, light but improving.

Protein does seem a bit high, don't know if it's accurate but there's no question that Nandos is one of the healthiest and best value chain restaurants out there. You definitely aren't going to be protein deficient eating there so I don't worry too much.
