Hello Everyone,
Could anyone tell me what is the Ideal Workout Duration including Warn UP.
And Can I split it?, means, for example if Ideal workout duration is 1 hour, Can I workout morning 1 hour and evening 1 hour?
Regards,
Mahesh

There is no ideal. You'll probably hear some stories about how stress hormones rise after 45 mins - 1 hour but this is all based on ignorance of what cortisol actually does in the body (hint: it's not your enemy)
Of course it all depends on what you do in that time, things like warming up and stretching are not very demanding.
My rule of thumb is somewhere between 10 and 30 working sets in total. Depends on what exercsies are being done - e.g. 1 set of heavy deadlifts might induce more fatigue than 5 sets of cable flys.
The simple answer is to follow an expert designed routine like Fierce 5 - and that will ensure that you aren't doing too much or too little.
There is no reason why you should need to workout with weights twice in a day. You can do low intensity steady state cardio in another session if you want - but be clear about why you are doing it and what you expect it to do for you.
