    Myofibrillar and Sarcoplasmic training split?

    I want to be improving my muscle density and strength and have recently researced Myofibillar and TUT(time under tension) and seen some good evidence to go along with the idea that this increases density. Along with cardio and diet, my BF will drop and I will have harder looking resting tone. So, with that being said, I wanted to ask if it is best to do a 6day split where 3 days is spent with myofibrillar workout style that consists of mostly high weight low rep/ TUT or Isometric moves and the other 3 would be more sarcoplasmic based with 10-12 reps with dropsets and to-failure work. Is it smart to mix for max results or better to focus on a style?
