    Headaches

    Can anybody tell me what I'm doing wrong?

    I get headaches with horizontal exercises eg bench press and sit ups so purposely left off the bench press today

    Is it a weight issue?

    Bench headache is a thing. I used to get it occasionally til I made sure my breathing was on point

    Check your posture and breathing. You are likely getting an oxy migraine aka a migraine from too little or too much oxygen. This can be accompanied with a posture issue. Most people who don't breath right need adjustments.
