    Bloating while Bulking

So I started a clean bulk last week and to be honest had a harder time than I thought hitting eating all of those meals but I was able to find found my rhythm. The problem I'm having is with stomach bloating and the pains that are coming with it. I did some research regarding digestive enzymes and prioritizing protein during meals (so that our hydrochloric acid can break down the protein first) and I'm getting enough probiotics through my diet.

Other than that does anyone else have any recommendations or feedback regarding best practices during the bulk phase? Just to be clear, I'm not worried about how my stomach looks during a bulk at all as I know it will look bigger/fuller and not at all as it did as when I was on a cut. My concern is the inability to reach my goal as the bloating has severely diminished my ability to hit my macros.

didnt understand the "pain" part , otherwise getting bloated is not really a blocker to eat more food

I felt the same way when I started bulking. You get used to it after a while. Just like when you start cutting how you're likely going to be hungry for a week or so until you adjust and get used to it. I added in some liquid calories to help as well. Also try some calorie dense foods such as nuts, peanut butter, etc.

What are you eating? If you are eating a very high fibre diet and eating mostly typical "bro" foods like chicken, veggies, protein shakes, etc. but hitting bulking calories, then I am not surprised you are bloating. Try eating more high calorie low volume food. Dairy products cause bloating for some. You will get used to feeling fuller as you get used to bulking. It's shocking how easily you can end up adjusting to eating huge amounts of food if you just keep doing it!
