I started dieting and doing the PH3 routine back in January. Photo on the left is January 10th, 2016. Photo on the right was taken on May 19th, 2016. I've been eating as much as possible, and it has paid off pretty well. I have a nice layer of fat to burn (at 18% body fat). I'm still on the fence as to whether or not I should keep bulking or start cutting. I don't want to go back to being skinny, but I also hate how my facial aesthetics are the worse they've ever been. Do you think I should continue bulking or start cutting? Thoughts on my progress? Any advice on cutting? If you're and ectomorph and want some advice let me know.

5 Month Bulk. Cut or Continue Bulking?

Def do not cut now. You can clearly see your abs, and you've added muscle, so your bulking has been a success. Keep bulking... you can probably add quite a bit more muscle. If you cut now, you would prbably end up looking very similar to how you first began... looks like you gained maybe 10-15 lbs...so would you end up cutting ~10 ish lbs?
Wait until you have gained alot more... but keep your abs visible-ish. This way when you cut, you will still have a good amount of the size you gained. If thats how much you gained in 5 months, i figure doubling that, or maybe a little more, time for you to add 10-15 more lbs. Good luck and good job so far.Began lifting again march 1,16, after long struggle with chronic illness and then drug addict(clean 1+yrs).

Bulking / cutting isn't a switch you simply turn on or off, dont use it as an excuse to not track your calories and eat like a pig (tons of people use it as an excuse to do this). That sid, you look like you've gained a good amount of muscle mass without getting super soft. Keep doing what you are doing, since it is working well.
Oh and you aren't 18% bodyfat either..

Your face looks fine man! It's all in your head because it pretty much looks the same from when u began although you have your head facing down so kinda hard to tell. I agree with the others as cutting now would probably be a mistake for you. You look to have made great progress in 5 months but I would def extend the bulk to a year and then consider a cut. Good luck and keep killin it!
The Deadlift is the ultimate fight of you VS the bar.
you can't half rep a deadlift.
you can't bounce a deadlift.
you can't arch to get an easier deadlift.
you won't have a spotter to help the hard part of a deadlift.
there's just you, some heavy ass weight, and your b!tch ass having to pick it up.

very good, you must have gained more in your legs/back than shows in your front upper body. regardless, you are on the right track and i wouldnt change what you are doing until you either plateu or become dissatisified with your results. I really think you'd be short changing yourself by cutting now, but obviously depends on your goals. I also think your face looks perfectly fine how it is.
