Hey guys, I found this supplement called D-Bal (yes with an "A" not an "O") by CrazyBulk that my friends are going to take. It is a legal supplement that mimics a steroid but it is not a steroid and it claims to have no side effects. Is this a safe supplement for my friends to take?? Any advice would be great. I also wont be taking it I just want to know so I can tell my friends!

Absolute garbage. Don't fall for their marketing gimmicks.
Supplement a good diet: don't diet on supplements.
