Ok, so i've never really taken a pre workout or pump promoter such as Hemavol except for bcaa's and whey protein, however, i've decided to now.
I decided to make my own pre mix, however, i've heard really good things about Hemavol as a vasodilator but i try not to spend too much money so i'm only going for the main stuff.
I was thinking about either:
A: Take my xtend as my source of BCAA's and add some caffeine powder and beta alanine and buy Hemavol as my pump supp then add a bit extra citruline malate because i've read the best dosage is 6-7g and Hemavol only has 2.5g
OR
B: Buy, citruline malate, beta alanine, vitamin c and caffeine powder (as bulk powders) and add them into my Xtend drink
I really don't know much about the other ingredients in Hemavol other than citruline malate so no idea what they do
If i can get the same effects as Hemavol and add some stimulants for the energy(which are absent in Hemavol) in form of bulk powders added to Xtend that would be my preference because of the costs as well as the ability to control dosage, but would love to hear what you guys think

You could just add a caffeine tab to hemavol
They also have hemavo2 Max (their updated version of hemavol) that is superior for pumps
For your preference of cost and dosage freedom you could use bulk:
Citrulline (3g)
Agmatine (1g)
Glycerol (I would opt for Glycergrow2).
Iforce also makes bulk KNO3 tabs

So i pretty much have this setup:
Xtend BCAA's mixedin with
Citruline Malaete
Agamatine
Beta Alanine
Vitamin C
Vitamin B complex tablet form
Caffeine
Glycerol (Glycregrow probably)
Potassium nitrate (possibly)
How does that look? I don't want to overdo it and i don't want to be taking things which may double up on each other, but from what i've researched, these ingredients seem to be optimal. I don't know much about the potassium nitrate (KNO3) to be honest.
Price wise each item (minus xtend) is about 15-20 bucks (in Australia), so total about 100 but last much much longer in bulk

Hi Mike,
I decided to give Hemavol a try, however, for 25 servings, what is $30 for you guys, is $57 + delivery in Australia for me for Hemavol and $65 +delivery for Hemavo2 at a different online store. BB.com sells Hemavol for $79 AUD +delivery so you can see where i'm coming from.
Anyway i'm going to give it a try but given the price difference, can you tell me what the difference between Hemavol and Hemavo2 are?

Go with hemov02. I've gone through half a dozen tubs at least. If you live in your moms basement and want to buy everything separate go ahead, but I like to be able to bring hemavol with me, so if I'm out and about (as a parent and working 50 hour weeks) I can catch a solid workout at a moments notice with a scoop of that and a rockstar pure zero

By the time you get all the ingredients and go through the headache of mixing them all together at the correct dosages, get past the awful flavoring (which there really won't be any) and then ordering more as you run out, etc. you might as well just save yourself the hassle and order Hemavo2 Max and save yourself the headache. Why do all that when iForce already makes it so convenient for you and it tastes amazing.
