Simple meal preps for your simple asses (Pics)

Here are some photos of meals I have prepped.

I thought about prepping a long time before actually starting and it was one of the best decisions I have made.

Make 8-12 at a time, takes 45-90 minutes. Usually eat one or two a day, the rest of my meals are fresh.

Food lasts over a week, but after the week mark it starts to taste different.

Cobb salads



Chicken, rice, beans, veggies



Whole wheat pasta, turkey sausage, marinara, mozzarella



Chicken, sweet potato, veggies



Stir fry with teriyaki chicken



Steak, sweet potato, veggies



Some whole wheat pasta with lean ground beef



I hope this gives y'all some ideas or inspiration

I calculate them all on my fitness pal then save the recipe so I only have to do it once

It's all gunna depend on the quantities you use

Ayyy, the only thing that takes the slightest amount of skill is grilling

For everything else you just gotta read the instructions

Potatoes are easy to cook, so is rice, or really any source of carbs

I saute vegetables or steam them in the microwave

In my experience, they don't start tasting weird til after the one week mark

Have eaten ones as old as 1.5 weeks

Looks good man! It is sort of fun to cook a bunch of food you are not going to eat right away and place into little containers. I did my first one last night with pork tenderloin, asparagus with olive oil and garlic, a brown rice medley and corn right off the cob. Not sure I could go a full week, but meals for a few days before re-upping is not only healthy but frugal as well.

I usually just chose a lean protein, complex carb, and veggies

in addition to whatever food my workplace has laying around, i eat a bag of carrots, an apple or two, and have a few protein shakes in disposable cups every day. most days i down a bottle of vegetable or fruit juice too. then ill mic something for dinner that came in its own box or pick up a couple whoppers.

zero meal prep crew. zero cooking crew. zero dishes crew.

want to learn how to cook well though

What kind of spices do you use on the meats?

I read somewhere, I think on misc that ground beef should be rinsed after cooking. Reduces the fat content by a lot. Gonna try it tonight.

If it's chicken I always use Kroger 30 minute marinades

Cheap AF, tastes good

If it's steak I'll usually use a dry rub, or just some olive oil, salt, and pepper
