You will become an aesthetic greek god, an alpha male. More than human, a specimen that embodies all that is masculine and powerful.
women will have orgasms just by looking at you. Your oneitis will come crawling to you , begging to suck your meat rod of peace.
Men will instantly respect you and listen to you.
Reality:
You've become so obsessed with lifting that you stopped eating out with friends, You're not able to enjoy a lot of things anymore because they might "ruin your gainz". Lifting is all you ever think about it.
You'll have 16.5 inch arms @ 20% body fat. Most of your body will be broken, you will have a phucked up back and a messed up shoulder with some forearm tendinitis.
Women won't care about your muscles, they'll all be going crazy over this guy that doesn't even lift:
While you're in the gym trying to win your oneitis over, the guy above will be banging her:
You'll come to the sad realization that no one gives a fuq if you lift or not. You'll become a bitter black-knight and start hating women, and preaching about how women's standards are too high.

If you diet using IIFYM and hit the gym 4-5 times a week like a sane person you can still lead a balanced life, go out, etc. but yeah, some *******s are going out every night and you are spending time at the gym instead of socializing so if you don't legit enjoy lifting it's kind of pointless. Me? I rather be lifting at the gym 4-5 nights a week than sitting in some pub talking about bull****.

I used to be a STEMcel gymcel, but I came to the realization that it's all about the trades. Funny enough, once I got into the trades, I blew up and got huge, jacked and strong.

But the reality is, you don't just "lift for 1 hr a day".
People start getting obsessed with that "1 hr a day" , they start obsessing about what they eat, what they do, will it effect their gains or not? They become insecure with themselves, "oh chit I don't have the right muscle insertions, my upper chest is lagging so it looks like I have boobs, my biceps are lagging" etc etc, basically stuff that no one will even notice or care about.
No where did I say women don't like a good physique, they definitley do.
But a good physique to a woman = some guy who is lean with 14 inch arms and abs
A good physique to the misc = Some guy who's 6'3, 220 pounds with 18 inch arms , bulging abs @ 8% body fat.
The former is easily achievable without lifting , the latter just causes people on here to be frustrated and turn into bitter blackknights / rotters , or to become obsessed with lifting to the point where it's unhealthy.*** Lay down and trade or get up and STEM crew ***

you are incorrect in many aspects. first is you dont have to fuk up your back to look aestethic, you can only do curls and look decent, second is that you disregarded genetics of various posters, depending on genetics you can either look like you dont lift or you can look very good by lifting minimally, third is that lachowski (model you posted in op but considering you are from l00kism you probably already know) actually does lift
this chest, triceps and shoulders didnt work out themselves
