The angle of this pic exagerates the size loss, look where the camera is, it is about knee height. This makes the feet and calves look big (big toe looks huge being the nearest thing to the camera)and the shoulders look small due to distance from the camera. No doubt he has lost some size but much better to do that and recover.

One thing I noticed Wolf's elbow is pointy which I think exagerates the size loss from arms due to the angle.

He looks in pretty good shape for someone who has had a big injury + operation.

his right calf is still tiny despite your theory of advantageous angles, therefor your logic is flawed and he is really as small as he looks in the photo.
