I realize how important maximizing REM and Deep Sleep are because that's hen the body recovers the most and does the majority of its growing. I'm about to be going to Italy for a month for a school program and will have to adjust to a different time schedule, which I'm sure will affect my sleep in combination with the early mornings I'm going to have, so this product could help me out a lot!

GH Freak not only provides stellar sleep but also improves recovery from giant superset/circuit workouts! I'd like to give this another run now that I've intensified some lifts that I previously hadn't attempted in months/years ie. Trap Bar DL, Leg Press, Barbell Bench, Barbell Military Press, Barbell Rows

Heck yes I could use this stuff! I'm about a week away from being out of Iron Dream and I'm always looking for new stuff to try out. Also being that I work on second shift, I sometimes have a hard time trying to keep a normal sleep schedule and sometimes find myself not hitting the hay until the sun rises. My wife may appreciate me not rustling about while I'm trying to fall asleep too

I am 49 years old and feel I am on point on every area of my training and supplementation except for my sleep.
I try to avoid stimulants too late in the day as I know it prevents me from getting a deep sleep. I am a fairly light sleeper, up at least twice a night and enjoy getting up early, weekends included, even if that means I went to bed real late the night before.
Now I know how essential a good nights rest is, unfortunately I slack in this area. I have had some sleep supplement samples and though they seemed to help, a few samples is not enough to give adequate feedback or rate a product.
I am very meticulous and detailed when it comes to my training and running any log or providing feedback and a rating for a product.
Thanks for the consideration best of luck to everyone.Joshua 1:9

I have trouble sleeping for several reasons..
1. my 20 month weight cut I've been on leaves my stomach growling by the time i go to bed. which makes to hard to fall asleep.
2. I get home from work at 2am & get up for school at 7am. It usually takes me at least a hour to go to sleep.
3. All the water I drink throughout the day helping my weight loss makes me have to get up 2-3 times a night to peeOur lives begin to end the day we become silent about things that matter - Martin Luther King, Jr.

-Agree to all the requirements-
This would help me because I'm a firefighter and I work 2 days on then have 4 days off. Sometimes those 2 day shifts can get rough. Sometimes we're runnin calls till 3am and then we have to get up at 6am. When I get off shift, I come home and sleep. I know how important sleep is for recovery and progressing. I don't know if I've ever tried a supp like this before. Would be interested to see how it works. The 2 most important things to me when training are 1. The Muscle Mind Connection. and 2. Intensity

I work full time as an engineer, go to school full time for my masters, plus I do my best to be a full time father and husband. Sleep is sadly the thing that gets cut out first. I do my best to get 6-7 hrs a night. I've been looking for something to help get the most out of the time I have to sleep. Would love to review this product!

Adequate sleep is needed for overall well-being. Some people develop poor sleep patterns from over stimulation with caffeine to inadequate diet. I personally do not sleep well with so much on my mind from work to just everyday life conflicts which cloud my mind when I should be resting. Overthinking certain situations will keep you up more than anything. Being an accountant can do this to you! Always thinking the "What-if".
I have tried Melatonin alone as well as other products to no avail. If I were chosen to be a subject in this trial test, I believe with the researched ingredients inside of the product, it will do a lot of good for me given a 30-day supply. Not only does it provide you with Melatonin, but it gives you GABA and DHEA in ample dosages.
Good luck to everyone in the contest!
