First BF game, right? There's a steep learning curve so stay with it. Stay with a squad. Learn bullet drop.
Each sniper rifle is different so you need to learn the sweet spot that was mentioned earlier. Practice aiming quicker and learn to lead your target. Its just going to take practice really.
Bullet speed timing and leading target.

That is a great tip. So far I am enjoying be a mid range support guy. Liking medic and want to figure out how to snipe depending on the map. I started playing with support. It I like the idea of being able to heal myself and others. Survival is something I need sense I am not that great.

i prefer joining an almost full squad instead
dont much care about points and it gives me more mobile spawnpoints
also theres no point giving commands if theres near noone to follow them
newbies especially should just play with an existing and hopefully more experienced squadstraight white male and proud
fat as fuk and disgust
no hover - no enter thread crew

When you die, go to your loadouts and I'm thinking it'll be the triangle button for customize. Then you can change it from there, I play on xbox but usually the button layouts are the same, I have to press Y. This video explains it better than I can.

I mainly run support because I am always running out of ammo. I use the madsen mg storm. It is really good mid range when you fire in quick 5 round bursts. Up close you can just mag dump. I do switch it up from time to time with assault to deal with tanks and to troll with the rocket gun. I use the automatico storm. It rapes everything up close. But you do run out of ammo really fast. I've noticed that the storm versions of guns have the least amount of spread so I only use those guns. Also I take off the bayonet because you can aim down sight significantly faster without one equipped.
For those of you with asus monitors you should really use the built in overlay. I just discovered this. You can draw a crosshair in the center of the screen with your monitor's built in settings. It makes ironsights so much easier to use. I was getting like 2-3 k/d in most matches before. Now I am getting consistently 4+ k/d with this on. It almost feels like cheating.
