yuck!
Ive tried the stuff out, and it did help performance as far as cardio went. However I had a funny side effect with it, it made me dizzy and it tasted like..peppery..cough syrup...Ugh, I don't like it myself...last choice next to Xcyto and some other energy drink.
I drink Ripped to the Maxx when I feel fatigued : ) though many folks dont recommend that either due to the caffeine.
I guess I didnt help much haha, I tried : P.
