Hey guys as you can see i Am New around here, inneed of some help.I have been working out for like 3 weeks now and Just Got back My first bodyfat test done.I have always considered myself skinnyfat, i Am 183 cm, 69.7 kg which is composed of 58.9 muscle and 10.8 fat.
I m quite skinny but i have A belly and lovehandles My trunk has about 5 kg fat.
What i want to ask is, is going for A cut going to take fat primarily out of My belly or the whole body in other words Will i look like A skeleton if i go on A cut?
I have done My research abit and i Am currently on 1900 calories and work out 5 Times A week. What do you guys think i should do?
Also i must add My bf is % 15.5
