    Need advice for routine

    I am currently on a cutting fase and got my body fat to 13% from 19%+ and now during summer I want to train so I can try out for a sports team. With this said I am torn between what to do now. I do not know if I should keep cutting until I reach 10-12% or focus on strength and explosiveness while using creatine for the first time.

    I was thinking of doing icf5x5 twice a week and the other two days a circuit or plyometrics workout for endurance and explosiveness. What do you recommend. Should I focus just on strength since my lifts still arent that good regarding weight or can I add explosiveness to that maybe even change reps to get some hypertrophy too? Thanks in advanced.

    You should definitely stop cutting a bulk.

    5x5 is done 3x a week. If you're only going to go to the gym 2x a week do a full body. but going this minimal amount of time to the gym isn't going to really do much for you. You should read about nutrition, in the end this is what it comes down to. Read up and learn about nutrition, jump into something like 5x5 build a solid base, after this you will have enough knowledge to know whether or not you should bulk or cut.
