Hi guys I'm new to this whole forum so sorry if my questions sounds repetitive.
Im 6'1 Feet and weigh only a measly 120 lbs I've been going to the gym and have been trying to get protein in my diet I want to estimate that i consume 90g of protein after a workout. I feel like when i go to the gym and wake up the next morning all my hard work has just vanished. My goal is not get huge but just to build some clean lean muscle in my arms and abdominal area.

Get on a proven beginner program (if you haven't already) and train really hard in the gym.
Drink a lot of water, eat a lot during the day (be in calorie surplus) and eat a lot of protein (protein shakes aren't necessary but they are good for quick protein and to get your protein up)
Make sure you sleep a lot as well to make sure that your muscles get a good recovery after training.
Also, don't just train upper body. You should probably be doing some lower body as well.

firstly 90 grams of protein after a workout is just stupid. Id say max 40 after a workout. Make sure to have some before to fuel your muscles. Having protein before is just as important as after.
Look up a bulking calculator see how much you should be eating. Download a nutrition tracking app and being tracking. It doesn't have to be super specific, but odds are you're eating a lot less in cals then you think.
Start a routine like 5x5 stronglifts or something. DO NOT over exaggerate your lifts when typing them in other wise youll make the program too hard for you. you need to build a base. Start here and reading will help you, read up in the nutrition sections and things like beginners mistakes. Watch youtube videos on nutrition and bulking.

Hey bro, I had the exact same body type as you and I thought I was ****ed. You may think you can't put on weight, but the truth is you can pack it on faster than you can say "I'm a hard gainer".
At your weight, at this height dude honestly don't bother tracking macros apart from having maybe having a rough idea how much protein you're taking in. Just eat man, eat until you wanna throw up, every single meal of the day. Snack in between meals, drink lots of water and soon it'll become second nature to you.
Doing this I gained 18 lbs in a little over 2 months, starting with almost identical stats as you.
6'1, 120lbs; you need fat gains too op, not just "clean lean muscle".

To add mass, you need to eat a lot of calories, and here is the way how you can find out how much calories you should intake for muscle growth.
(YOUR WEIGHT(kg) * 30 + 500 = CALORIES YOU MUST INTAKE DAYLY FOR MUSCLEGROWTH)
For me it's 90kg*30+500=3201kcal
And calories must consist 60% of carbohydrates, 30% of protein, and 10% of fats.
