you're looking great man... i hope to get to about that by the end of the summer. the only thing i see (it may be because of the darkness of the photos), your chest and traps look just a little small for the rest of your body, but they still look nice.
im 5'11 at 165
im gonna do the infamous:
whats your workout routine like?

thanks guys, im really training hard to get back up to my previous weight and still keep the same bodyfat. i feel like my legs got a bit smaller, but yea im putting a lot more volume into my leg training now.
ChickenTuna: thanks, and wow, youre in phenomenal shape! thats amazing, great work to you!
ianreb: yea maybe its the darkness of my photos, but im also pretty dark as well. but then again, my chest and biceps have always been my biggest weakness i think, and i think my traps arent too bad considering i dont do direct work to them, but ill look to bringing those up too.
I think ill start putting a couple olympic lifts into my routine, see what that does for my overall appearance, but thanks guys. any suggestions as to what i might be able to do to gain that weight back?

hey, thanks jersey kid, im 16 years old
and its a bit of a lame excuse, but the pictures were kinda crappy, and i couldnt even flex my legs so they look pretty crappy. anyways, right now ive been doing squats like 305x10-12, 275x12 and 255x12.
front squats 255x8, 225x8, 205x10
db stiff legged deads 80lbs x16, 90lb x 15, 100lb x 12
I havent been doing a lot more exercises as usual, because im so tired, but maybe its the new zealand heat. up in canada its a lot easier on my body because im not sweating so much and stuff, but yea down its nuts.
a month ago in canada id do either 5x5 or 20 rep squats, rest 5 min. still do heavy front squats, then heavy bb lunges, and stiff legged deads, and leg press and leg extensions. but yea.. i dunno hopefully ill catch up to the normal routine, but this seems to be working alright considering its only 3-4 exercises per workout.
