Thanks to the folks at Scivation, and NebinAK for choosing my in the promotion to receive Flexatril to log. Little did I know it would be two bottles, which in the first 10 days it is recommend to load which would be 3 pills two times a day...but here I am getting a little too exited and need to continue with the basics
Well I got the mail this nice hookup!
For me, I have had joint issues all my life, but now that I am 43, even more so. A lot of times while doing Squats and preacher curls I can feel more pain than in other exercises which are less joint intensive, and also my range of motion is much more reduced than the younger kids I see at the gym. I have tried everything from Glucosamine to Cissus etc, and although the alleviate it a bit, nothing has completely solved my problem so as that I do not have the pain while working out at times and also to be able to do the exercise at full range. And as I get older, I know it will only get worse. So along comes an opportunity to try out Flexatril which alone has three researched and proven ingredients that can aide me with my problems. So hopefully we can notice a difference in the next month and a half. If this is the case, there are a lot more old men that complain about the same things I do that can greatly benefit from this.
So onto the supplement itself. For the loading phase, I will be taking it along with my multi in the am:
It is not much bigger than my multi, but I am planning on switching to a multi for the short term that does not have added glucosamine and other joint support as to not skew the results of this log. I will be temporarily switching to Animal's new multi which I think is a better fit to go with Flexatril, so instead of pills I will be taking it in the powdered form which should help cut the number of pills down in the am. Then will take the other 3 pills later on at night probably after I workout and before bed.
I workout about 5 times a week and am planning to start cardio if my knees start feeling better. Usually I try to get in cardio on Sat or Sunday as those are when my knees feel best and I know I can recover quickly before the work week starts.

Well last night was back night....and I was so tired I almost forgot to take the last 3. I know once I get into the rhythm it will all be different. Also, switched to Animal Powder multi so as to test Flexatril fully...also makes it easier as otherwise I would have close to 15 pills to take in the am lol. Anyways, and advice you guys can give me on how to get optimum results, do not hesitate to let me know. So far this will be good indication as last night while doing deadlifts, I still notice limited mobility in my knees even on the lighter end of the rep count.

Last night was chest and it was hit hard. Basically the heavy exercise last night was the incline press which I hit for 8 reps of 225lb. Flat bench, decline and cable flyes were all moderate but high volume in the 15-20 rep range. Now again, even thought it is not as bad as when I do arms, my elbows were bothering me a bit. This happens whenever there is joint movement under heavy load and it last for a few days and goes away. Told me buddy about Flexatril and he is awaiting my opinion as he has similar issues. And this time as soon as I got home, had my post workout shake, and the 3 Flexatril caps.

Will have to try the patches. Last night hit legs. We started with leg extensions (4 sets of 20 reps starting at 60lbs and finishing at 120lb) superset with sitting leg curls (4 sets of 15 reps starting at 60lb going to 100lbs). Then we hit Squats for 5 sets, started with 20 reps of bar only and finished with 5 reps at 315lbs. Did not want to go too heavy as back was bothering me from Monday and did not want to aggravate anything. Also, did notice that knees were not bothering me as much, but mobility was still the same. Again took the pills in the am with breakfast and at night again after working out.

So still in the loading phases of Flexatril and been taking in the am and after working out around 12am or so. Last night was arms and right at the get go, could still feel that "tennis elbow" type joint pain in my elbows when hitting preacher curls. Hopefully that will subside as for a long time I have just been pushing through and finding other bicep excerises like the sitting cable curls that give me less discomfort. Anyways Arm-ageddon consisted of warmup of machine curls (4 sets of 15 reps starting at 40 lbs and going up to 80 lbs), then did the same but with single arm at 2 sets at 20lbs and 2 sets at 30lbs. Next was sitting triceps 4 sets of 10 reps starting at 120 and finishing up at 220lbs. Then we did hammer curls 4 sets of 10 reps (1 at 30lbs and 3 40lbs), then we hit cable rope standing tri's for 4 sets. We then hit overhead tri extentions at 20lbs for 4 sets of 30 reps each arm. Ended with superset of incline tricep extensions on the cable machine along with sitting bicep curls on the opposite machine for 4 sets each. We got lucky as the gym was empty due to Cinco de Mayo (another excuse for people to drink in the middle of the week lol).

Might start doing that soon, and will give the spider curls a try. Was also thinking of getting those elbow sleeves to see if the compression on the elbows will help alleviate things a little. Anyways, been taking them throughout the weekend without issues....slowly getting closer to the end of the loading phase and then it is cruise time. I have noticed that over time my knees have been cracking a little less, once I am done with the loading phase will see how I feel etc.
