It's true. The bar is set pretty high among the cookie cutter Youtube fitness gurus. Mike O'Hearn has won multiple bodybuilding competitions, powerlifting competitions with world class lifts (never on camera of course or verifiable online), all while in his 40's and as a "lifetime natty." And you can clearly tell Rich had NO idea how badly this was going to blow up in his face. I mean the video that he posted the other day had "squashed" in the title and Rich probably thought "ok there it is, it's over" but that just fueled the fire even more. Instead of saying he was sorry and he shouldn't have done it, he went off on a rant about how he was scared, how it messed with his livelihood and all of that.
