    Workout Program

Hi, I'm not completely new to working out, I've been doing it for a couple months. I want to find a program that requires me to work out either three or 4 days a week, as that's the max amount of days I can constitently commit to. I am naturally a skinny person.
What bodybuilding.com workout program would you recommend?

Any 5x5 routine really. I've been doing ICF 5x5 since I've been lifting properly for 3 months now (used to just do bodyweight exercises and typical isolation exercises) and its helped out heaps with lifts.

A checked all the programs out, but I think I'm looking for something a little more intense. Something that incorporates nutrition too..

ICF5x5 with a 300-500 calorie surplus, 1 gram of protein/lb of bodyweight, .4 grams of fat/lb of bodyweight. Fill the rest out with whatever you please.

Also, ICF5x5 is perfect intensity for a beginner.
