Mainly focused on losing fat.Gym 4-5 times a week. 30 mins of cardio on hill settings & 45 mins of lifting. Always said to myself that I didn't care about getting ripped, but seeing abs come in has me thinking other wise.

Not sure what's happening. Scale says I've gone up 10+ pounds since the last pic. Clothes still fit, and they say that means you've put on muscle, but I don't believe I lift heavy enough to put on that much muscle.Or maybe I have and loose skin is covering the definition. Thought I'd see what y'all thought.
