    February 2015 to April 2016 Transformation

    Mainly focused on losing fat.Gym 4-5 times a week. 30 mins of cardio on hill settings & 45 mins of lifting. Always said to myself that I didn't care about getting ripped, but seeing abs come in has me thinking other wise.

    Not sure what's happening. Scale says I've gone up 10+ pounds since the last pic. Clothes still fit, and they say that means you've put on muscle, but I don't believe I lift heavy enough to put on that much muscle.Or maybe I have and loose skin is covering the definition. Thought I'd see what y'all thought.

    Still, insane progress bro. Couple years ago I used to be obese as well. Now I'm getting back on track, and seeing you doing great like this is pretty motivational.

    Weight loss isn't necessarily linear day to day. One day you can weigh more due to fluid retention, feces etc.
