Fat Guy trying to bulk up

    Hello,

I am 6 foot 2 and 210 pounds, I have never worked out before and I want to gain muscle mass, any recommendations. My arms are pretty skinny relative to my body and I have a lot of belly fat.

    Thanks

Choose a beginner's program that you like, eat healthy, and you will see results both in building muscle and shedding fat. Good luck!

Read Body for Life by Bill Phillips, or just google it. It's a good book and has a simple workout & nutritional plan and then you can build from it. It also incorporates a 90 day challenge into it where you can measure your progress and to see how you are doing. My only recommendation is to be realistic about your goals.

Sticky threads like Gxp23 says, articles on the website, or you can search the web for beginner programs. Personally I have good experience with 5x5SL, but you pick what's best for you.
