Week 1
So I started taking this a week ago at the recommended dosage daily (3 pills). The size of the pills are pretty comparable to OT, and for those unfamiliar with the size, it's a bit larger than the average multi. You will learn to swallow these vertically vs horizontally pretty quickly btw!

I spent a good amount of time searching up each and every ingredient in this product (major thanks to examine.com) and there are a lot of promising ingredients here that carry loads of benefits!

Now with products similar to multivitamins, it is very hard to qualify the benefits given you are someone who is getting all the nutrients you need from everyday foods, but if you are deficient, you sure as heck will ensure that you are no longer deficient!

Personally, I'm stuck in tax season at the moment and I also have a lot going on in my personal life - needless to say, stress levels are at an all time high.

I feel like a week into taking this product, I've felt a bit better, feeling that everything is a bit more managable (may be due to the rhodiola rosea in the product) which words to counter fatigue and stress!

I'll provide weekly updates in this thread and I look forward to keeping track of how this product helps me!

Week 2
I've felt the same thing as I felt in the 1st week but for the following:

1. I've suddenly had random urges to nap at various times during the day. And when I'm not at work and I can actually nap, I do. No idea if this is just my body relaxing after tax season or if it is something else.
2. Now this is much more attributable to HealthIQ and I have to say.....maybe TMI but my bowel movements have been great! No further comments on that topic

Week 3

Pretty consistent results as the ones mentioned in week 1 and 2. I did start going on a cut near the start of this week - just wanted to note that here.

All in all, I'm pretty satisfied with the product!
