Oh im in!!!
I am working out in the morning and doing cardio sessions at night since it is nice outside. Furthermore, cleaning up my diet is #1 since that is what drives results. I used to be heavy on garbage but I am down over 50lbs since xmas and planning to go more!☆ ☆ ☆ Cellucor Nation ☆ ☆ ☆

Going to throw my app in here.
Currently bulking, but I think I always am. Summer vacation for me isn't until the first of August. Trying to put as much muscle on as possible then start to cut the calories back and amp up the HIIT and other activities in late June. Not going overboard and eating any and everything. Doing a clean bulk.
I changed my programming up with a 6 week trainer and will be switching back to strength training for a month after this is over. I will do that for a month then go back to another different challenge to match my diet. Something that will add in HIIT between sets of weight training and conditioning on active rest days. I am shooting for 220 lbs with 12% BF by the end of July. I am currently 240 and 20% BF. I know that I can get there by then.

I'm getting ready for summer by doing a slow bulk. I've been consistently gaining weight and strength while staying relatively lean, and I'm liking how my progress is so I don't want it to stop. Going for about ~3300cals a day and it's been just enough to help me gain about .5lbs a week.

Actually not going to transition into a cutting phase this summer.
Hoping to continue putting on some lean mass.
I plan to incorporate more activity outside and eat accordingly to keep gaining.
Training has been phenomenal lately and I am just going to keep on that same grind.
Would love to try this new whey, and would most definitely post a review!Hyper-Gro Log Thread - http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=166103841

The milk chocolate looks absolutely satisfying. I just opned up my last couple boxed of girl scout cookies (I mean come on, you can't so no to the girlscouts.. or the cookies) so after these I will be seriously prepping for bmx and motocross competitions. With that I can't have sugars and weak carbs so I will need something to carve my cravings!
My training and meals are the same and pretty good, I just have a sweet tooth. Lately I've been trying 45 minute workouts with 10 second breaks or no breaks at all, then fueling myself all I want, anytime I want until i'm full. It's had an awesome effect on my energy!
I'm taking the creatine mono and will be done for now after this week so I can work on my max competition in two weeks. I'm looking to always have protein so I can take it everyday, as I use to take it on days off only but with burning calories more often lately, I'll need something to carve cravings and get the best out of my meals.PM for custom art inquiry's, examples on my page.

In because Triple Chocolate Brownie sounds good.
This summer I will be able to lift again, looking to gain some weight and get back to bulking after this hernia. No real time frame but hoping to get into 150-160 and see what I feel like doing from there.Short cuts to success are often paved with lies.
1/13/16: Massive hernia.
5/10/16: Finally back to lifting, light but improving.

Very cool promotion!
In order for myself to get ready for summer, I am starting to add a lot more drop sets into my routine. I have seen very good results from doing this as well as implementing 30-60 second rest periods to complement it. As far as diet goes, I'm looking to go Keto for the next 5-6 weeks until about a week after Memorial Day and the official start to beach season. I believe doing this as well as adding the new training principle will help me look more vascular which is my primary goal. When all this is set and happening, I'm looking to maintain strength, if not improve on my numbers.

This past winter I have been slammed with school and work. When school is out next week I plan to get 100% focused on training. During the winter I still lifted, just not as much as I wanted which sucked. But now that I will have the free time I am going to get back into it full force. I plan to increase all of my major lifts. Also, I plan to incorporate more outside training (considering I live in Michigan) since the weather is going to be nice. I hope I can finally break through my previous plateau and get achieve the goals I've had planned.

No idea if I can apply (recently won plasma/clear/phosphamuscle promo, haven't got the stack yet) so I'll throw my app
Zero changes in diet, zero changes in training Just eat what I find in my fridge and lift heavy Currently my weight is 210lbs and still bulking. Want to hit 240lb and then start cutting. This season I hit a new PR on my favorite muscle - 180lb ez curls clean.I lift things up and put them down...

For the next couple of months;
1. I'm gonna focus on speedwork. Hopefully get below 9:15 for my 1.5miles. Been hovering at the 9:30 mark forever.
2. Work on my sleep hygiene - no screens (laptop, tablet, hp) in bed
3. Be more consistent with my prehab and yoga
Thanks for the opportunity to try this! You can't get much done in life if you only work on the days when you feel good.

Now that I been in two bodybuilding contest this year. Placing 3rd place 4 weeks ago and placing 1st place 2 weeks ago, now is the time to get more ripped for my next competition. I already started a more Keto diet not as restricted as the one I was doing. Now I do it with one cheat meal a week. I'm keeping carbs low as 30 grams per day (2 Slices of Ezekiel Bread) and doing straight protein from ground red meat (Patties), Whey Protein and Beef Protein sources.
Before I was doing chicken and fish but I change to ground red meat 80%-20% to change a bit how my body looks on it.
With this changes I'm looking forward to get more ripped come competition time.
I would be me making a review as you already know with description on how the protein seat well in my stomach and flavoring.

This looks like a cool product!
In preparation for summer, I am cleaning up my diet and ramping up my cardio (mostly spring and agility work though because I want to improve my speed for football in the fall). I am not trying to lose a massive amount of weight, nothing more than five pounds. I need to stay my same size but get faster. I wouldn't mind tightening up my core some more though.CountryMike Appreciation Crew

I love muscletech whey, I currently buy the 5lb bag from Sams Club.
For the summer I want to cut 10 lbs with minimal muscle loss. I'm doing this by increasing cardio after lifting and cleaning up my diet. No more cokes or junk food for me.The problems we face today are there because the people who work for a living are now out numbered by those who vote for a living.
