I don't know if creatine is working

Hey, I been lifting for about 5-6 months I was a skinny guy couldn't put on any weight! Anyways the last month I started creatine mono the Arnold Schwarzenegger one, I noticed I am lifting more and have way more energy in the gym and I see gains but I don't see water weight, and I am not bloated? Does this mean creatine is working for me because I can lift more or not cause I'm not filled with water!!! any help would be great

Creatine is not one of those supplements that you will see. BUT if you notice that you are recovering better and are stronger then it is working

This. A user will get a few extra reps on occasion but isn't that noticeable. It is a good ingredient to keep in your rotation at all times though.

This. The water weight gain is really not noticeable with creatine because it's intracellular. Some people bloat off it but not everybody.
Progressive overload + progressive eating = gains. Simple as that!

You won't really notice water weight or bloat. Bloat is not a common thing.

Creatine is one of those things you just kind of have faith in that it's working.

If you've been through a lot of in shape / out of shape cycles and sometimes supplement with creatine and sometimes don't, when getting back into shape, you can definitely tell a difference. I always feel more 'filled out' when taking Creatine as opposed to when not taking any.

I mainly bike and do cardio with some resistance training thrown in a few days a week now, but after a long ride, I'll supplement with some creatine to help recovery.

    True say.
It's inexpensive, and it's great to have around for the extra benefit.
Those extra reps will add up

Unless you're a non-responder. There a number of people who just won't absorb the creatine. They just pee it out.
