I am weighting in about 360 lbs now and I am very depressed. I feel like the world i crumbling down before me.I have tryed going to the gym, diet and everything 30 times before and just gave up.
I am afraid that I will take my life if this continues. I do not obey my parents like I did before, I do not care about everyone , I hate everyone , and It seems that everyone else is to blame.
Like every other here I am in desperation and need of help because I see no way out. I have tried suplements, went to the psyhc , watched motivational videos all the time. Nothing helped
I am feeling it taking over my whole life in front of me. I feel like everyone hates me.The pressure of school and doing good, losing weight , getting my drivers license, socializing and how my father always is comparing me to someone else is very demorilizing. The pictures down below are from 2 years ago. I am now 18 years old and finishing high school
I need a change , I am ready to do it.

I am certainely not a psychologist, but let me tell you something:
You are still young, you can turn your life around with ease. None of your problems are that big, millions of kid get their drivers license while doing good at school. You can certainely do it as well.
As far as working out goes. Do not go the gym and work out. Train for a pupose, train with a plan and have some achievable goals. Follow a well laid out programm, check with your doctor if you have any problems, calculate calories to lose weight.

At your size, all you should be doing is walking daily and eating less calories. If you try and run, do weights or any resistance training, you will hurt yourself. Your bones and ligaments are already under massive stress. I walk at night, get an IPOD and walk 10 minutes a day, just to the end of your block and back. Gradually you will want to walk further. I started off walking 500 meters, ended up walking miles every day.

You can easily lose weight without exercise. Get your diet nailed down. Or not even nailed down. Just start eating a little bit less than you do right now. Its easy once you get started, once you get going add some exercise in there but don't go too much too fast. With success comes motivation. GL its actually quite easy once your figure it out.
95% diet. 5% exercise.
