hey so before i was on icf 5x5 and got good strenth gains but i stalled at 230 5x5 squat. now im on candito strength control and im stalling at 225 3×6 why? ive gained sbout 4 pounds since i was on icf . should i program hop?

You've gone form squatting normally 3 times a week 5x5 to squatting once a week 3x6 with the other day pause squatting.
With a 230 5x5 squat, I can't imagine you are pausing anything that will really carry over well to your normal squat.
You would probably have been better running a different linear program like madcow where you are still squatting 3 x a week just with lower volume than 5x5. No point using stuff like pause squats, when you are still a beginner and just need to squat more.
