    Please critique my meal plan

My bulking meal plan emphasizes fast-digesting carbs. Here it is:

    Meal 1:
    1 cup Grape Nuts cereal
    1 cup whole milk
    1 pc. toast
    1/2 cup orange juice
    1 tbl. spoon peanut butter
    TOTAL: roughly 910 cals

    Meal 2:
    2 serv. soup
    TOTAL: 440 cals

    Meal 3:
    (Post-workout)
whey protein shake w/ 1 cup whole milk
    2 bagels w/ jelly
    1 coca cola
    1/2 cup applesauce
    TOTAL: about 1100 cals

    Meal 4:
    yogurt
    TOTAL: 170 cals

    Meal 5:
    dinner
    1 pc. bread
    TOTAL: 720 cals

    Meal 6 (Before bed)
    1 apple
    1 cup rice
    1 cup milk
    TOTAL: 330 cals

    TOTAL CALS FOR DAY: 3670

    I am 17 yrs old, 5'10", 170 lbs. 10% body fat
Is this a good diet for gaining mass?
    Thanks for your time

Eat more protein; your diet is almost all carbs the way it is now. The only time you are really getting any significant amount of protein is in your postworkout meal, because of the protein shake. Do you not eat meat? You should be eating some source of protein with every meal, and one cup milk is not enough to be considered a real protein source, as it only provides 8g protein. Use chicken, tuna, beef, eggwhites, cottage cheese, etc. as your protein sources.
