I've taken a lot of pre-wrokouts, I hate beta alanine.Mkes me itch/tingle on my knees and it drove me crazy. hydroxycut/amp/c4/whiteflood/hyde/musclepharm. Never again

I tried it first came out in 2011 I think, I was into pres for a while (that crap can be addicting), but quit it as I noticed I was heavily dependent on it to get me in the right mood for the gym.
