Hi,
I want to help a close friend of mine. She asked me if I have a workout routine that I can give to her. However, I don't have any. She's a beginner. Where can I find workout programs/set of exercises that she can use? I'll also share to her the importance of diet that I learned from our forum.
Thanks in advance!

women can train just as guys do.. theres very few people in general Id train with, one of which is a woman. Only area's we differ in our training is in chest, she does lower volume (in comparison to other muscle groups) and more focus on incline work- granted this is only one woman, may want to ask for more opinions on the womens section or better yet have your friend make her own acct and ask the questions herself, she can also get started doing some of her own research (much better way of learning).
