So the answer to the great salt conundrum is it depends on what it is being cooked in. If Pam or non stick spray it needs help, which is spices or a hint of salt. If cooked in margarine, country crock, or land o lakes then the salt in the butter is enough to flavor it. Then if you are going to do bacon or salty meats the salt from that stuff is enough for the eggs.
Is that a simple enough answer?

Bro, you just blew my mind. It is so blown that I gotta pick up small fragments of it scattered about my office. The salters and the no-salters are the social equivalent of matter and antimatter. They cannot co-exist without riots and complete social breakdown. I cannot imagine the internal wars that must rage within your psyche. Respect brah.

We already have a raging debate about salt that will probably end with a bunch of bannings. Now you want to throw preparation methods into the mix? Forget it man....just forget it....this sh!t will destroy bb.com. I can't take this kind of heat....and I won't stand by while lives are destroyed by this discussion.
I'm out.......It takes a big man to cry, but it takes a bigger man to laugh at that man.

Salted boiled eggs ruined my e'fin life.
Went to boiled eggs for b'fast on my last comp cut. Hated the taste, so added some salt. Ooohh, so much better. Oh no, sodium bloat, headed for the cardio cause I was too smooth.
Twisted my ankle on the recumbent bike and caused me to screw up my leg training. On stage, a skinny fat guy with great quads out pointed me in the over 60's and sent me home with no plastic.
I'll never eat another salted boiled egg long as I live.

Why are we only discussing salt and not pepper; is it because salt is white and pepper is black? Call Al Sharpton, this cannot be allowed!
Screw nature; my body will do what I DAMN WELL tell it to do!
