    Best time to workout?

    What time do you workout in order to get gains?
    Morning (5-12 am)
    Afternoon (12-6 pm)
    Night (6-10 pm)
    Dark (10 pm-5 am)

    Weekends I'll work out 7am to 9am.

    There is no best time to workout imo. Because I work in three shifts( one per week) i workout a week at 10 in the morning, the next is 2 in the afternoon and the other at 7 at night.The best workouts i think are those at night, the next best in the morning.

    Non of the above. The best time to work out to get gains is when the gym is not full and I do not have to wait 10-15 mins for a power cage. The best way to get gains would be to build more gyms or a program of population reduction.

    I super-set on a daily at 1amto3am
    Bench: 345 for 5 sets of 3 reps
    Squat: 405 for 5 sets of 3 reps
    Dead-lift: 455 for 5 sets of 3 reps

    If I'm working my 2nd job, I usually train around 7-8pm until 9:30ish. If I'm not, I try to go around 10 am... I love to hit the gym and have the rest of the day to relax lol

    If World's Gym wasn't 24 hours I would have no time to lift at all thanks to work and daughter time

    If I had all the time in the world I would work out at like 11 am or something and just sleep and eat the rest of the day
