Brand New Hemav02 Max Mini-log

Hey everyone, after being selected to receive a full 25 serving tub of the newly reformulated (and BB.com compliant from my understanding) Hemav02 Max, I just had my second workout with this phenomenal, pump producing, powerhouse product.

Before I get into my thoughts which should be obvious already from the alliteration above, I want to give a huge shout-out to Big_Spaz for not only selecting me but for running a promo so smoothly. I was very impressed with his thoroughness in the selection process and speed of delivering the goods afterwards.

Now, onto my initial impressions. I actually used my first serving the day before yesterday but didn't feel like I could assess its effects accurately since I was having an off day and had to force myself into the gym. Today was a different story. I took a scoop of my current pre-workout which, for the sake of full disclosure provides a decent pump on its own, and a scoop of the delicious candy green apple Hemav02 Max. I paid very close attention to how the effects I'm used to already from my pre-workout were altered by this addition. The first thing I noticed was the focus was taken up several notches from what I was used to and this will sound strange to some but I actually noticed some vasodilation/increased blood flow before I had even made it to the gym to get started on my pulling workout.

Once I was in the gym, the increase in focus and already pumped feeling allowed me to get into my workout more motivated than usual. As I was moving from TRX suspended rows into stiff-legged deadlifts I noticed that my mind-muscle connection was phenomenal and the weights and reps I planned for seemed to be a bit easier to hit than expected. This was the case for the remainder of the workout as well which consisted of neutral grip pull-ups, Nordic hamstring curls, front plate raises to overhead shrugs and lying leg curls. By the time I was finished with what I had planned, it took a lot of self control not to add in additional pump-specific work since I was feeling so great. I had to convince myself to leave the gym which is something that only happens on rare occasions.
 
Though it's still really early on in my tub, I feel confident in saying this is going to be one of the premier pump products much like the original. I am looking forward to working through the rest of the tub and plan to provide another update at the halfway mark and a final review at the end.

Very good. It reminds me a lot of the green apple flavor for the original SuperPump Max. A bit heavy on the dyes but there's no mistaking it for another flavor thanks to the incredibly green powder, lol.

Hmm.. I didn't think it was like SuperPump Max.. but I freakin love it! I remember gaspari's version being more sour?? It was years and years ago though.. I could be wrong!

Candy Green Apple is by far though, my favorite flavor!

You might be right Mike. It's been years for me too and the name of theirs even had sour in it. Either way, I love the flavor enough that I'll even mix it separately from my stim-based pre-workout just to enjoy it (which I'm about to do now).

Alright folks, I am 10 workouts into this tub of deliciousness and I can honestly say that I've yet to be disappointed. The pumps inside the gym and the seemingly perpetual vascularity throughout the day really make this a standout product in an increasingly saturated category.

I'll be writing up a final review once I've finished my tub but I think the verdict is pretty clear at this point. From the flavoring to the results, you'll be hard pressed to find a more effective pump product in my opinion.
