As fast as you can handle down to 10-12% without any significant impact on gym performance and daily activity levels. From there down to 8-9% about 1lb/week, any faster is likely to cause LBM loss or severe metabolic adaptions, if hormones and gym performance don't crash then you can probably do upwards of 1% bodyweight/week but that is pushing it.

I think I look really good at 11-12%, so don't think I'll ever try and go under 10%
but today at gym, doing wood choppers for obliques, I noticed loose skin when I twist. I hope extra vitamin A, C, D, E, and lefferen? will help this over time. Any suggestions?

How much loose skin was it?

I think skin gets tighter once your body has been lean for a while, i have a sneaky feeling however that this will be mostly in your head as it is with me.

I can pull skin+fat around my lower stomach and really hate it show other people (normal people) and they think im insane for even mentioning it
    Start of my diet 03/06/2014 - 189.5lbs 25-30% BF

Nothing you can do for skin apart from ensuring a good diet (micros etc.) and giving it time (1-2 years).

I took my shirt off, I wanted to see my obliques in action, and when I twisted and leaned forward, it looked like little fat, with loose skin, not much, but enough to say "awe man" I was just shocked more than anything.

Plus even if you do loose some strength on a cut who cares (as long as you aren't loosing 50-100lbs on compounds lol) as that will easily come back and then some once increasing calories/carbs again.
This. Everybody loses a little strength on a cut...but strength loss does not necessarily mean muscle loss. I truly believe the "muscle loss on a cut" claim is blown out of proportion because people in the 15-20% BF range think they have more muscle on their frames than they truly do.
Sure if you eat way too little for an extended period of time, muscle loss will happen, but if you run a cut the way bb.com folks recommend, you shouldn't have to worry about muscle loss at all.

I got lucky and actually gained strength during the cut but it only lasted 10 weeks, I cut it short 2 weeks, I was tired of not having sex, now few days of eating at maintence and I'm starting to scare my girlfriend.

Great work OP and very inspirational as far as I'm concerned as I am also currently in process of burning that old body fat away, after this cut I probably still need another lean bulk followed by small cut cycle to get close to where you are now.
    It's time to get serious.

Might just be fat. You're not shredded so you're likely to still have a bit of fat around your waist and lower back.

Welcome to the mental game my friend!

most likely its abit of fat/skin but if that was a struggle to see you might well find bulking very hard thing to digest.

This is my issue and the second i see any gains im feeling fat, cutting again and losing it all.

Interesting to see how you get on though, everyone is different.

I'm loving bulking so far, I have loads of energy, back to my sex game every night, and over all life is better, in the gym I feel really full and able to do more than 2 sets. I'm loving bulking, though going to keep it at 3,000-3,100 calories and aim for no more than 1kg max a month.
