Hey guys, been cutting for about 7 months now, last weighed in at ~193 from my starting point of 224. Planning on cutting for 8 more weeks before I go on vacation in Cancun, given my current fat loss rate of 0.5lb per week does it look like I'm on track for a relaxed visible six pack by then? I know my abs are chit, for the last couple months I've been incorporating direct ab movements to try and isolate them. Also for any experienced cutters out there, what would you estimate my BF % at?

I am surprised you don't have more ab muscles with the amount of muscle I see. Are you doing any compound lifts, or all isolations? Lack of compound lifts would explain this, otherwise it looks like you need to throw in some ab exercises on your next bulk (planks are a good one). Losing ~5 more pounds like you are planning might help with your trip, but I agree that the abs won't be popping. Post a pic before your trip. Good luck.
