swedish dude- no offense but i think that is a terrible split, and you are advising people not to do biceps before back day. You are doing shoulders before tricep day. Do you have superhuman recovery?

I workout 5 over 8 days since I find my legs and delts take about 3-4 nights to recover
1:Back
2:Chest/Tri
3ff
4:Calves/Biceps/Forearms
5:Legs
6:Shoulders
7ff
8ff
No complications that I could find. 4 nights between chest and delts for front delts recovery and triceps. 3 night between back and biceps. 4 nights between legs and deadlifts. And I'm saying nights of sleep not days of recovery so -1 to figure out how many full days.

Ok, sorry guys, I guess mine isn't the best and I suppose there aren't eny best split.
Mine is Upper/Lower/Upper/Lower.
If someone doesn't know **** about how I train, he can easily overtrain on this.
Just know how to train good and just think about a sound split.
Split is not the be all and end all of a workout. It's not as hard as you think it is.
Educate yourself, but stop thinking too much...
