Time for some Fit Crunch bars to be given away...
-

oh yes I need to try these!!!
Most embarassing moment was doing incline skull crushers and I went for last rep but couldn't lift it up so it went behind my head(luckily) and behind my neck. I was like what do I do? So I moved it down but then it got stuck in my shirt. I asked a lady next to me but she was struggling lifting it off me so she went and got an employee lol
this is my current stack of protein bars and I can't believe I never tried these(have about 10 other boxes at my parents house)

Back when I was benching a plate, I was so out of it that I didn't notice that I only loaded one side of the bar, but still tried my best to counterbalance the uneven weight. Luckily someone else noticed and helped me put on a plate before I actually realized it!

Most embarrassing gym experience:
There was a really cute front desk girl working that day and she kept coming back into the workout area for random reasons. I was one of the few people back there so I figured she was just kinda checking me out
Doing some incline. Nothing serious weight wise but looking juicy obviously. I unrack 185 just as she is walking by and catches my eye. Wasn't paying attention to what I was doing and immediately rolled the bar off my hands and onto my chest from full lockout.
She immediately comes over and helps, asks if I'm alright, etc. Total awe fuk bye moment. Good story thoughTraining log: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=165829701

While warming up for a set of squats (with 135 pounds)
The entire right side of the bar detached and fell off. The bar which now had over a 45lbs difference on the left quickly brought me to the ground. I was then stuck laying underneath a bar in the rack when 4 "bros" rushed to my rescue.
The incident wasn't necessarily embarrassing, but there was no convincing anyone that the bar broke during my set. Everyone just assumed I got crumpled underneath 135lbs and the bar snapped when it hit the ground.Adaptogen Science Rep

I got two.
Dumbest Moment:
I had been using a training bar to do some accessory work and I forgot to change to a standard barbell when i went to squat. I loaded one side of the bar and it flipped over.
Luckily the closest person wasn't that close, but I could have killed someone because I wasn't thinking.
Most unfortunate moment:
This was about ten days ago. I woke up feeling awesome. It was bench day. I was going to kick ass. I drank my pre workout, did my warmup and started feeling nauseous.
I thought it would pass and I kept lifting. After my last bench set, I had to sprint to the bathroom where I promptly started puking. Turns out, I had a stomach virus.
I had to bail on the workout and go home.
Yuck!You can't help the hopeless.

In for delicious Fit Crunch bars! People rave about these and I want to try them!
Worst gym moment: Shortly after starting to lift, I was benching without a spotter. Ended up failing my last rep so I had the bar stuck on my chest while I had to look around and yell for someone to help me. Took me a while to recover from that lolNew England Patriot

Holy eff I need these in my life.
Hopefully this is open to reps! If not I will just have to go buy a box when I see them. I mean, that's gonna happen anyway, who are we kidding.
I work out in my basement, luckily no one is around to see the dumb sht that happens down there.
However I do ride my bike around the city a lot and once a couple years ago I was coming up to a stop light, and smashed my handlebar against the side view mirror of a stopped car and caused a big scene lol... the sad part was that I snapped my rotator cuff and had to get surgery. But it probably looked pretty funny LOL (I can laugh about it now because I'm ok)

I just finished a peanut butter fit crunch while I came across this thread!
I was doing pull downs(machine) I had a pulled rotator cuff so I had it on about 120.
A 75 year old fat looking Grandma came up and said..."Are Ya ****in done!!"
I walked away and she dropped the pin down to 180 and started reppin away...I felt like a chump!!!Retired...no smartphone....no neighbors......just holes...

The two moments when I was squatting and leg pressing some heavy weight. Let a little toot slip out. Wasn't the greatest smelling and being the only dude around, when someone walked by, it was quite obvious who dealt it, lol.

OH MY GOSH!
I have been waiting for Walmart, GNC, Newko, Vitamin Shoppe or SOMEWHERE to get this flavor for me to try out.
They look freaking phenomenal!!!
My worst gym moment... Oh gosh.
I was a skinny 16 year old stepping foot in the gym. There was this bigger, but also chubbier kid my age in there bench 115 on the decline for some ugly reps so I thought AYE, if he can do it than so can I... Yeah, no. I put 115 on, unracked it, tried to trampoline it off my chest and found myself being choked out by the barbell... After a few moments struggling some woman passing by came in and pulled it off me. NOT a proud moment in my life.
I am much smarter about my training today, but I will forever be scarred by that moment haha.

While running on the treadmill i went to adjust my mp3 player or skip a song some how my legs tripped up landed shoulder first on the running treadmill @ 6.0 and rolled out the back onto the ground, everyone just kinda stared in disbelief. I was shaken and sat for a second then got up, my workout ended early that day... It was like something out of a cartoon. This was years ago but i remember it vividly to this day.
Good luck to all beating that lol, still feel embarrassed about it.Sig line can't be a novel

I love these bars, BC is amazing! I'm in. Most red face experience probably was in my teens when I fell off a treadmill looking at the girl two treadmills down. Talk about embarrassed, she thought it was funny.

Birthday Fit Crunch are the only kind I haven't tried yet (but that fit elite bday cake is hnnngg)
most embarrassing moment has to be when I was trying to hit a 2.5xbw deadlift for 5 reps - I also was just getting over a stomach bug.. . Got midway up on the first rep and sharted...
Finished my set and promptly went home..

"Tell me what was your worst gym experience or Red face moment."
This one is easy, just for the fact that it's fairly recent. Recently was diagnosed with Rhobdomyolysis, but the onset was slow and was the occasional (severe) cramping and locking up of my calves. With that said, back before I really know it was going on, the symptoms decided to kick in during heavy (for me: doing Fierce 5 workout) squats. It was so bad I could only take about 10 steps before having to sit down for 10 minutes. I figured it was just a fluke form over exertion or something I ate (this was like a day after a wedding I went to so I ate kind of bad). Anyways, needless to say, that was not fun at all. Honestly had me near-tears from pain and frustration. <.<
I have another couple quick ones that aren't mine. One guy was pissing me off, monkeying around on the cable extension machines (at the moment he was using it for Tri-Extensions but had the weight so high; him and his friends all pushed it down and then let it lift him up... yeah, I yelled at them honestly). Anyways, when it shot him up into the air, his foot kicked right between the weight plates and crushed his foot... ffs
Last one - Some guy at the gym was at the squat rack. I'm not even sure how he managed to accomplish this feat, but when he was taking off the weights, the entire bar suddenly flipped and was Centimeters away from thwacking him right across the face and breaking a couple mirrors. Oi ve... That's all I got though.
Moving on, I LOVE Fit Crunch Bars. I keep 2 boxes of every flavor except B-day Cake (not a fan, too sweet; never been a fan of cake flavors), along with Quest and Venture Bars. They are my crack/******* and always will be. That said, I'll never turn down or ignore a chance at a free box. I can't get enough of them! I have 4-5 boxes in my shopping cart as we speak; 2 PB, 2 CnC, CD. I love PB and CnC the most. Hard to pick one over the other. Probably more dependant on what kind of mood I'm in, or if I'm eating anything with it.
Good luck all!

OH MY GOOD BIRTHDAY CAKE
I have a weakness for sprinkles, it just makes it that much more appetizing.
My most embarrassing moment was when I was working out next to this girl, early in the morning. I've been trying to get her to go out for the longest time i've known her. We've been talking alright but haven't really chilled outside of the gym besides running into each other here and there. One morning I was going to as her out, and I haven't really trained much that week so I squeezed shoulders and arms in one day, which was great knowing it was going to leave a great pump. I was only on my third set into presses, first workout, so I was going HEAVY... heavier than I usually do. Ended up passing gas loud next to her... and her friend decided to come that morning... needless to say the rest of the workout was awkward, and I haven't seen here again after that morning, I questioned if she even worked out anymore. So now I make awesome recipes with sprinkles, and take my Fitcrunch bars everywhere for an art snack
PM for custom art inquiry's, examples on my page.

My worst experience?
I was doing box jumps and also doing barbell step ups as a superset on a soft plyo box. I did a set of box jumps and then picked up the 50lb barbell. I stepped onto the box and was stepping down on the front side of the box. The box flipped forward and I fell off the box, onto a box in front of me and the 50lb barbell came down on the back of my neck. The box saved my neck, but I still got hit hard on the back of my next, went to urgent care as a precaution. No injuries, but they gave me strong painkillers for the "soon to be present excruciating neck pain" that never came.

Definitely in on this!!
These post are hillarious.
My most embarrassing moment would have to be putting a plate on each side on bench press to warm up and thinking I am a hot shot, so I didn't put collars on. When I went to push up one of the plates slid right off, so the other side slammed to the floor. Not a good sound.

I love fit crunch bars lol and I have a fitting fail story as well.
A couple of years ago I was testing my squat max and my friend said she would spot me, she is set up poorly behind me so that her knee is right between my legs, so as I'm squatting down she knees me in the ass as I hit parallel. I wasn't expecting this so I completely miss the rep, to make matters worse she tried to help me up by grabbing the bar and in the process pulled it off my back, luckily the safetys were up so the bar didn't hit the ground. I know solely rely on the safety racks if I think there's a chance I might miss a rep.
