Awesome. Thanks for sharing the program breakdown like that. Give the mudder hell. I would definitely do the same resting up for it. Maybe even a carb up.

I have the end of Phase 2 of PH3 this weekend so I have rest up days today and tomorrow for it.

    Tough Mudder Ohio 5/7/2016

I did my 4th Tough Mudder last Saturday. I was originally going to pass because of my lack of time to properly train for the event, but I said F It and went for it anyway. I'm very glad I did. They are such a fun event. I highly suggest people give them a go. The course was about 1.5 hours south of me in Lexington, OH. My buddy Steve and I headed down early and got in the first heat at 8 AM. This is the heat when the majority of multiple Mudder people (called Legioneers) start the course. The course was 10.5 miles long and had over 20 obstacles. My cardio endurance was all right, but could have been better. I did all the obstacles, but couldn't finish the monkey bar one. Gotta work more on my pull-ups. I knew going into it that I did more pull-up work prior to other mudders. My favorite obstacles were King of the Swingers when you jump, grab a bar, swing out, and try to ring a bell before you fall 20 feet into a pond and Block Ness Monster where you have to work as a team to get over these rolling blocks in water. I definitely felt like my strength for some of the obstacles was higher (thanks Thrust and E-Brake). After doing one this year I want to sign up for another one maybe later this season.

    - Tweaked my back on the last set of deadlifts. Was probably still fatigued from the weekend. Oh well, not the first time. Foam rolled after wards so that helped.

    Conclusion

First off I would like to thank B Con and Magnum for hooking me up with all the products for this log. I can't say enough about these guys.

    Strength - 9/10

Strength was huge factor with this stack. I have ran Mountain Dog training in the past I can definitely say that there was a difference this time around thanks to the extra test in my system. I found I could really push myself further and further during the workouts. I didn't want them to end.

    Recovery - 9/10

This was fantastic. As I have gotten older it takes me longer to recover than it did in my 20's. This stack shaved about a day off of recovery time. This was particularly noticeable after the Tough Mudder. Normally it is a week, but I was able to get back to the gym much quicker.

    Sleep - 10/10

Slept like a baby and fell asleep faster. Can't beat that.

    Overall - 9/10

I would highly recommend this stack for people wanting a natural test boost. I haven't been disappointed with Magnum products this far and this one reinforces it. Thanks again B.
