    Getting bored of Candito, don't know what to try next.

    I've been doing candito 6 week over and over for the past 4 months. I've seen solid strength gains but I am just getting bored of it.

    Any suggestions from guys who have done it repeatedly? Should I switch to another program for a bit entirely?
    OHP - 225 (Strict Standing)
    Bench - 370 (5rm 325x5)
    Squat - 440 (5rm 385x5)
    Deadlift - ??? :(

    Most programs are pretty boring lol. If you're seeing gains from it, doesn't make sense to stop. Milk it until you can't get anything from it anymore.

    I had a garbage week of lifting overall so maybe I am just a bit bummed about it.


    Honestly I just dread week 2... the squats on that week are just insanity.

    Make your own program.

    Take what you like to do, know works for you and just design your own. I personally made a peaking program that worked much better than candito for me. Use INOL to get a rough idea of what sort of reps / sets you'll be looking at and use it to regulate fatigue.

    Chuck in other stuff that you don't like to do as chances are it's because you are weak at them.

    And there you have a program that you won't get bored of that targets your specific needs.

    It's pretty easy.
