Centeno was shot by police Sept. 3 in southeast Fresno after he allegedly pulled a “gun-like object” on officers. The object turned out to be a water nozzle. Freddy Centeno, 40, died from his officer involved injuries on Sept. 25, 2015.

Good shoot=justified. The copse were a little quick on the trigger but they reasonably thought he had a gun, which he was pulling at the time. So good shoot.

if you play frame by frame around 10 second mark youll see he reaches in his pocket and pulls out the nozzle and it kinda looks like a gun. regardless they should always say "Drop the weapon" not just shoot, he stood there with it in his hand for a second or 2 not moving and they shot him

if you play frame by frame around 10 second mark youll see he reaches in his pocket and pulls out the nozzle and it kinda looks like a gun. regardless they should always say "Drop the weapon" not just shoot, he stood there with it in his hand for a second or 2 not moving and they shot him

I think you misunderstand how quickly someone who already has a gun in their hand can raise it and fire, not to mention the first bullet impact isn't going to stop them unless it's a head shot. Youtube is full of fire fights where the person who ends up dying was shot multiple times and still shooting back.
