    Good powerlifting workout?

    I've been working out high reps since I started about a year ago. Looking to start competing bench squat and dl in the next year or so. Anyone have some good programs that focus on strengthening those Main three lifts? Current credentials:
    Bench: 235
    Squat: 285
    Deadlift: ~315
    Bodyweight: 155 with ~5-7% body fat.

    Nice bench at 155lbs lol
    But you really need to work on the squat and dl.
    If you're new, you could probably still milk some gains from linear program

    You don't have 5-7% body fat. And, by the way, that is a good thing. Programs, just take your pick. There's so many to choose from.
